#1. Acceptance of terms
By accessing https://dsi-hosting.net, creating an account, starting a free trial, or subscribing to a paid plan, you agree to be bound by these Terms & Conditions and by our Privacy Policy. If you do not agree, you must not use the service.
These terms apply whether you pay, trial, or use the service for free. If you are using the service on behalf of a business or organisation, you confirm you are authorised to bind that organisation to these terms.
#2. The service
DSI Hosting(the “Service”) provides subscription access to virtual private servers (VPS), cloud hosting capacity, and related infrastructure services. Depending on your plan, we may provide control-panel or dashboard access, credentials for provisioning and management, allocated compute, storage, or networking resources, and documentation or support channels we make available. Plan features, resource limits, and included options are described at checkout and in your account area.
We may add, remove, or substitute regions, capacity tiers, software bundles, and features at any time without notice. You have no contractual right to a specific underlying physical machine, hypervisor build, facility, or IP address unless we expressly confirm otherwise in writing for your order.
#3. Accounts & eligibility
You must be at least 18 years old to create an account. You agree to provide accurate details at signup and to keep your email and billing information up to date. Only one person may use a single set of credentials — sharing credentials outside your household is prohibited.
You are responsible for all activity that occurs under your account. Notify us immediately at support@dsi-hosting.net if you suspect unauthorised access.
#4. Pricing, billing & renewals
- Prices are shown on dsi-hosting.net in pounds sterling (GBP) and include any applicable VAT.
- Payment is handled through a secure checkout — full card details are never seen or stored on our servers.
- Recurring subscriptions renew automatically at the end of each billing cycle using your saved payment method, unless you cancel beforehand from your account area.
- Price changes that affect future billing cycles will be communicated by email at least 14 days before they take effect.
- Failed payments may result in immediate suspension. You can restore service at any time by updating your payment method.
#5. Free trials
Some plans offer a time-limited free trial (e.g. 24 hours). A trial grants the same service experience as the paid plan. One trial per household, IP address, and payment method; we reserve the right to refuse a trial where abuse is suspected.
If you do not subscribe before the trial ends, your credentials will stop working automatically — no charge is taken.
#6. Refunds
Because this is a digital service delivered immediately, you expressly agree that provision begins as soon as credentials are issued, which under the UK Consumer Contracts Regulations 2013 means the 14-day cooling-off period does not apply once the service has started.
We may nonetheless offer a goodwill refund within 48 hours of purchase if the service fails to work on a supported device and our support team is unable to resolve the issue. Refund requests must be raised through support@dsi-hosting.net. Chargebacks raised without first contacting support will result in permanent account termination.
#7. Acceptable use
You agree not to use the service to:
- Break any law or regulation in your country of residence.
- Distribute, resell, sublicense, or rebrand access to the service without written permission.
- Run port scans, denial-of-service attacks, or otherwise abuse network infrastructure.
- Circumvent rate limits, device limits, or other technical controls.
- Share your control-panel, API, or other service credentials with anyone outside your household or organisation.
- Use the service to send spam, phishing, malware, or to engage in any kind of network abuse directed at third parties.
- Reverse-engineer, scrape, or automate the control panel or APIs other than as expressly permitted.
Breach of these rules may result in immediate suspension or termination without refund, and in serious cases we may cooperate with law enforcement.
#8. Service availability
We aim for high uptime but do not guarantee a specific level of availability. ISPs, peering disputes, upstream maintenance, and the occasional need to rotate servers can affect individual connections at short notice. Planned maintenance will be communicated where practical.
#9. Account security
Keep your password strong and private, and do not share your service credentials, access URLs, or configuration exports publicly. If we detect abnormal usage (e.g. the same service used from more endpoints than your plan permits), we may throttle, suspend, or regenerate credentials to protect the service.
#10. Sub-processors
To deliver the service we work with a small number of carefully vetted partners. Each is bound by a written contract that requires them to process your data only on our instructions and under strict security, confidentiality, and UK GDPR obligations.
For operational security we do not publicly identify these partners or publish details of the systems behind the service. If you have a legitimate compliance, regulatory, or due-diligence need for this information, email support@dsi-hosting.net from a verified organisational contact and we’ll discuss appropriate disclosure under NDA.
Outgoing marketing email is sent from our own subdomain mail.dsi-hosting.net; replies are routed back to support@dsi-hosting.net.
#11. Intellectual property
The site design, brand, logos, written copy, and control-panel code are owned by DSI Hosting or our licensors and are protected by copyright, trade-mark, and other laws. Nothing in these terms transfers any such rights to you. You must not reproduce site content other than for your personal reference.
#12. Disclaimers
The service is provided “as is” and “as available”. To the fullest extent permitted by law, we exclude all implied warranties of merchantability, fitness for a particular purpose, and non-infringement. We do not warrant that the service will be uninterrupted, error-free, or secure, nor that it will meet your specific requirements.
#13. Limitation of liability
Nothing in these terms limits liability that cannot lawfully be limited, including liability for death or personal injury caused by negligence, or for fraud or fraudulent misrepresentation. Subject to that:
- We are not liable for indirect, consequential, or incidental losses, including loss of profits, revenue, data, or enjoyment.
- Our total aggregate liability in any 12-month period will not exceed the total amount you paid us during that period.
#14. Termination
You may close your account at any time from the account dashboard or by emailing support@dsi-hosting.net. We may suspend or terminate access immediately if you breach these terms, fail to pay, or if continued provision of the service becomes unlawful or commercially impractical.
#15. Changes to these terms
We may amend these terms to reflect legal, technical, or business changes. The “Last updated” date at the top of this page will always reflect the latest revision. Material changes that affect your rights will be notified by email or an on-site banner at least 14 days before they take effect.
#16. Governing law
These terms are governed by the laws of England & Wales. The courts of England & Wales have exclusive jurisdiction, though nothing prevents a consumer resident in another UK jurisdiction from bringing proceedings in their local courts.
