What does DSI Hosting provide?
We sell subscription access to virtual private servers (VPS) and related hosting capacity — compute, storage, and networking suited to running apps and services. Exact specs depend on the plan you choose on our pricing page.
How do I buy a plan?
Pick a plan on Pricing, complete checkout with Stripe, and we provision your service according to your plan. You will receive transactional emails with receipts and access details where applicable.
What payment methods do you accept?
Checkout is powered by Stripe. Major cards (for example Visa and Mastercard) are accepted where Stripe supports them for your region. You will see exact payment options at checkout.
How does billing and renewal work?
Plans are billed on the cycle shown at purchase (for example monthly or longer). Renewal behaviour, trials, and refunds are governed by our Terms & Conditions— please read the sections on pricing, renewals, and refunds.
How do I sign in to my account?
Use the email and password from your welcome / credentials email on Sign in. Your portal shows subscriptions, access URLs, install guides (if enabled), and security settings.
I forgot my password. What should I do?
On the sign-in page, use Forgot password to receive a secure reset link by email. If email is not arriving, check spam folders and confirm you are using the same address as your order. You can also reply to your welcome email for human support.
How long does provisioning take?
Many orders provision automatically shortly after successful payment. Occasionally verification, capacity, or integration steps can add delay. Your account area reflects provisioning status; if something looks stuck, contact us using the email below.
How do I contact support?
The fastest route is usually to reply to your welcome or receipt email so context stays on-thread. You can also write to support@dsi-hosting.net. We aim to respond as promptly as practical during UK-oriented business hours.
How do you handle my personal data?
Our Privacy Policy describes what we collect, why we collect it, legal bases under UK GDPR, retention, subprocessors, and your rights (access, correction, deletion, objection, portability, and complaints).
What content or use is allowed on my server?
You must comply with applicable law and our Acceptable Use Policy and Terms & Conditions. Abuse, unlawful activity, or behaviour that jeopardises other customers or infrastructure may result in suspension or termination as described there.
Can I change plans later?
Plan changes depend on inventory and product rules at the time. Start from Pricing or ask support — we will explain what is possible for your current subscription and line.
How do I cancel?
Cancellation, cooling-off where applicable, and what happens at the end of a billing period are covered in the Terms. If you need help cancelling or exporting data before closure, email support@dsi-hosting.net.
